GSK in London is recruiting a Director, APIs and Excipients, leading a global procurement team responsible for small molecule APIs and excipients. You will shape category strategies, negotiate with CDMOs and suppliers, and ensure supply reliability and cost targets across geographies.

This role sits at the heart of GSK's Ahead Together agenda, offering a hybrid work model (London HQ) and exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement or technical field.
• Extensive experience in procurement and commercial management of suppliers and CDMOs.
• Proven experience developing and executing sourcing strategies across geographies and supply chains.
• Demonstrated experience leading global or regional projects across matrixed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global team with accountability for spend of ca £300M pa for small molecules
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for API, Intermediates and externally manufactured products
• Lead complex contract negotiations with Suppliers and CDMO’s
• Deliver contracts emphasizing value creation, critical terms and cost control
• Gather and analyse market intelligence to benchmark suppliers and CDMOs
