A global consultancy is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate will have experience not only in accounts payable but also in accounts receivable, focusing on ensuring the accuracy of sales invoices. The role involves liaising with project managers across different time zones. Familiarity with NS and Tipalti is preferred. The position is based in Greater London.

Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience – not necessarily in consultancy.
• Accounts receivable experience – collating data for sales invoices which are rechargeable and ensuring accuracy.
• Experience with NS preferable.
• Experience with Tipalti (procurement system) preferable.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with project managers in different time zones – AP US, AP Singapore, AP UK.
