Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience presenting to C-level/executive audiences.
  • Proven record in business development and sales leadership.
  • Data analysis skills and ability to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Understanding industry issues, a growth vision, and commitment to Google's marketplace strategies.
  • Ability to lead executive discussions on privacy, regulations, and advertising solutions.

Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) is a GBO organization helping global customer leaders maximize Google’s toolkit for marketing success in complex markets.

This role requires leading the Ads Partnership for clients across EMEA, shaping and executing strategic initiatives within our global Joint Business Plan, focusing on Media Excellence and Growth. You will manage C-level relationships and collaborate with regional teams to scale programs and initiatives.

GCAS helps brands and marketing partners navigate fast-changing consumer expectations, market landscapes, and technology. We enable partners to utilize Google’s products, insights, and talent to improve marketing performance and shape the industry’s future.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
  • Develop a comprehensive, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, leading cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
  • Achieve growth objectives by presenting Google advertising products and solutions aligned with client marketing goals.
  • Create data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations to identify high-impact opportunities and present clear strategies to clients.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Google Advertising products and their application to meet diverse marketing objectives.
