Job summary

Innovative Systems, a leading hi-tech data management and AML compliance provider, seeks an AML Screening Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle for screening and watchlist capabilities. You will work with customers, engineers, and partners to deliver scalable, accurate, and compliant onboarding and payment screening.

This role emphasizes real-world impact, cross-functional leadership, and shaping product direction in a fast-paced environment with global customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with 2–3 years in AML/sanctions/kyc/compliance.
• Experience reducing false positives in AML/sanctions workflows.
• Strong understanding of AML regs and sanctions programs (OFAC, UN, EU, UK HM Treasury).

Responsibilities

• Owns the product lifecycle for AML Screening products (discovery, roadmap, requirements, release).
• Collaborate with Partner Managers to identify data sources and integrations.
• Understand customer needs and industry trends to guide product decisions.
• Work with engineering, operations, and revenue to deliver enhancements on the screening platform.
• Analyze screening data and metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support go-to-market, onboarding, and enablement for payment capabilities.
• Research competitors to inform product strategy and revenue goals.
