Job summary

EY is seeking an Alliances & Ecosystems Executive Communications and Strategic Programs Associate Director in London. You will design and drive a strategic communications agenda to position the Alliances 30x30 vision as a growth priority, building understanding and securing leadership commitment across services, regions, and products.

You will partner with the Alliances leadership, BMC, and Operations to deliver executive-ready communications, align messaging, and advance joint value creation

Qualifications

• Significant experience in communications, strategy or related roles within a global, complex organization.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and delivering high‑profile strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of internal communications, engagement and change in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior Alliances & Ecosystems leaders, including GE-level stakeholders.
• Design and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that advances the Alliances & Ecosystems agenda and supports delivery of the Alliances 30x30 vision.
• Partner with leaders to evolve a compelling and differentiated narrative that demonstrates how alliances create value for clients, EY people and the business.
• Develop executive communications, leadership messaging, strategic narratives and communications programs that elevate the profile and impact of the Alliances organization.
• Help senior leaders navigate the communications ecosystem, identifying opportunities, risks, stakeholder considerations and alignment requirements.
