State Street is seeking a Data and AI Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Data and AI initiatives, reporting to the global Data and AI Chief of Staff. You will coordinate with cross-regional technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable value realization.

The role requires deep program management experience, superb communication skills, and a solid grasp of SDLC, Agile, and data-driven IT environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-wide program management, vendor management, or PMO roles.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of software engineering concepts (system architecture, APIs, data flows, cloud basics).
• PMP certification or related project management certifications are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and lead global Data and AI Programs by partnering with cross-regional technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors on planning, execution, and implementation of IT initiatives.
• Own program documentation and governance, including program plans, status reports, and key decision records; ensure alignment with governance, risk, and audit requirements.
• Identify, track, and manage program risks, maintaining mitigation and contingency plans; escalate critical risks and dependencies to leadership as needed.
• Act as a key stakeholder interface, ensuring alignment across technology, business, and management teams, and delivering clear, audience-appropriate program communications.
