Job summary

Graphcore seeks a Technical Program Manager to own global lab and data center infrastructure programs from Bristol. You will act as the client-side representative through requirements, site selection, design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

You will shape power, cooling, networking and high-density compute environments that underpin AI workloads, while ensuring operational readiness and rapid experimentation across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-side owner’s representative roles on complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to translate engineering requirements into clear plans and decisions.
• Experience with data center power, HVAC, cooling, and CDU systems.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or HPC infrastructure, including design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Own schedules, budgets, dependencies and risks for infrastructure programs.
• Lead lab and data center programs end-to-end from Bristol, coordinating across locations.
• Coordinate across systems engineering, hardware, IT, facilities and vendors to deliver infrastructure priorities.
