Job summary

You will own the governance framework, align AI initiatives with policies, controls and risk guardrails, and collaborate with Legal, Security and Compliance to embed regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, data governance, AI, analytics or technology leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, model risk management and regulatory compliance; experience developing governance frameworks and policies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management and related risks.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, security and enterprise risk functions.
• Experience in large, complex multinational organisations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of emerging AI regulations and responsible AI frameworks and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the enterprise AI governance framework within the organisation.
• Establish responsible AI guardrails and risk management processes that enable innovation while ensuring compliance and accountability.
• Drive governance across the AI lifecycle from experimentation to monitoring and retirement.
• Partner with Legal, Security, Compliance and Data Governance teams to embed regulatory requirements into AI solutions.
• Provide oversight and challenge on AI adoption, including risk classifications and governance decisions for high-risk use cases.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI governance capability with executive reporting and governance insights.
