Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proven experience with data privacy, AI, innovative technologies, and data protection regulation.
• Understanding of AI regulations, privacy legislation and technology.
• Expertise in identifying, assessing, and managing AI and data risks including privacy, ethics and compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Model inclusive and ethical leadership behaviors.
• Ability to communicate data protection topics and regulations to varied audiences.
• Motivates and develops high-performing teams.
• Adaptable and resilient with strong problem-solving and multi-workstream focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and improvement of governance and compliance work including frameworks, policies, standards, processes, guidance, and training.
• Serve as Global AI use case reviewer, advising on trustworthy AI strategies and compliance by design.
• Translate strategy, obligations, and risks into governance objectives and actionable workstreams.
• Build and manage relationships with multidisciplinary teams to integrate governance into AI, confidentiality, and privacy initiatives.
• Monitor emerging AI regulations and leading practices to strengthen the governance program.
• Provide evidence-based insights to senior leadership on maturity, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead ad-hoc projects, plan reporting, and manage time and communications.
• Coach and develop team members through knowledge sharing and stretch opportunities.
