Job summary

Siemens Energy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Digitalisation, Data and AI for the Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (AGT) business. You will shape AI strategy, build a pipeline of value-driven initiatives and enable cross-functional teams to adopt new technologies that boost productivity and customer value.

You will oversee the Digital & Data Solutions department, drive capability development, and align investments with business priorities across a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Transformation, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Software Development or related technology disciplines.
• Strong track record of developing strategies, roadmaps and portfolios delivering measurable business value.
• Experience leading complex transformation programmes in a global organisation.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and building high-performing cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate digital concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience working with both Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Digitalisation, Data and AI strategy for AGT, aligned with Siemens Energy priorities.
• Represent AGT within Siemens Energy Digital organisations and prioritise opportunities across functions.
• Lead the Digital & Data Solutions department and provide strategic direction and governance.
• Develop capability, succession plans and digital skills while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Own the AGT Digital portfolio, securing funding and overseeing delivery and benefits.
• Drive development and adoption of digital products and AI-enabled solutions with cross-functional teams.
