Job summary

Fremantle is a global TV and film powerhouse seeking a Global AI Engagement & Communications Lead to embed AI into storytelling and operations across regions. You will design and run the AI operating model communications, manage information flow, and translate complex AI initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for executives, production teams and partners.

You will build a multi-regional communications plan, grow an AI literacy network, and partner with HR and leadership to drive adoption,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading internal communications, engagement, change management or digital adoption programmes.
• Experience writing for senior audiences and turning updates into decision-ready briefings.
• Excellent writing and storytelling across multiple channels.
• Experience engaging a distributed global audience across cultures and time zones.
• Confident facilitator of workshops, governance meetings and live sessions.
• Experience running governance forum rhythms and programme offices.
• Data-informed approach with measures and pulse checks.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and ability to explain AI simply.
• Strong stakeholder skills with executives, creative teams and regional leaders.
• Experience in media, entertainment or production environments.
• Experience building or running champion networks.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible use and data protection.
• Strong grounding in brand marketing and campaign design.
• Additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI operating model communications plan and information flow.
• Keep regional progress, wins and blockers up; central decisions down.
• Provide regular, plain-language updates to Executive Committee and regional committees.
• Communicate product development lifecycle and global scaling of local ideas.
• Lead global AI communications campaigns, leadership briefings and release notes.
• Translate AI capabilities into plain messages for executives to production teams.
• Build and run channels for AI visibility across the company (intranet, newsletters, town halls).
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to incentivise AI adoption and governance.
