Job summary

Equans seeks a Technical Analyst for the SLS AI team to drive design, build and support of automation initiatives. You will work with Lead Analyst, Product Owners, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Your focus includes GUI automation development, low-code agentic AI integration, and maintaining platform foundations for high availability and secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to architect scalable automation solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end GUI automation workflows.
• Globally support prototyping and integration of low-code agentic AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and governance standards.
