Job summary

You will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, applying Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods, managing risks, and reporting progress to senior leadership. Hybrid in Knutsford, BPSS eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years across PM/Delivery roles.
• Experience delivering complex technology programmes using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams in distributed/global delivery models.
• Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic technology and cybersecurity initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans with stakeholders and tech leaders.
• Manage demand intake, prioritisation, and delivery planning for new capabilities and enhancements.
• Establish and optimise Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprints, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
• Monitor throughput, quality, predictability, and velocity with data-driven insights.
• Mentor teams on delivery methodologies and process improvements.
• Lead governance forums and executive-level reporting on progress and risk.
