About Wolt

In 2022, we joined forces with DoorDash to expand our reach and continue dreaming big.

Our Wolt Ads Product team is responsible for building our Ads business across 31 countries. The Global Agencies Lead will work with our sales teams to set up and execute joint business plans for Ads bookings from agencies and their clients, ensuring local execution with regional marketing teams.

We seek a dynamic Global Agencies Partnerships Lead to manage retail media investments with external agencies, enhancing client visibility and revenue within our Retail Media suite.

This role reports to the Global Head of Ads for Enterprise and is based in London.

What you'll be doing:
  • Develop and execute a global agency partnership strategy
  • Drive media investment from agencies into the Wolt platform
  • Ensure product adoption through education with product marketing and engineering teams
  • Position Wolt as a leading Retail Media platform in Europe & Asia for agencies
  • Identify, secure, and negotiate new agency partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing, ad sales, and product teams to execute campaigns
  • Provide performance reporting to stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to refine strategies
  • Lead agency events and conferences to generate leads and engagement
Our humble expectations:
  • Experience: 5+ years in agency partnership management, digital media, or business development
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Core Skills: Negotiation, communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Strategic & Financial Acumen: Experience in agency partnerships and P&L management
  • Industry Knowledge: Advertising trends, media planning and buying experience (a plus)
  • Work Environment & Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborative, willing to travel
