Boeing Defence UK is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist to ensure supplier products, services, and quality management systems meet stringent contract and regulatory requirements. You will drive continuous improvement across supplier performance within component exchange and service programs.
Responsibilities include developing quality plans, coaching teams on the Quality System, onboarding new suppliers with procurement, and ensuring regulatory alignment.

The Supplier Quality Specialist ensures that all supplier products, services, and quality management systems meet rigorous purchase contract requirements, software quality standards, and applicable government and regulatory regulations. Based within the Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) quality framework, this role manages vendor performance across component exchange and service programs.
You'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement, mitigating supply chain risk, and collaborating closely with procurement and program quality teams to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence.
