Job summary

Goodman Masson is working with a leading global life reinsurer to appoint an Actuarial Manager into its Divisional Pricing team. The role offers broad exposure to assets, ALM and capital, with a focus on asset-side considerations within pricing.

You will engage across regions with pricing, capital, tax and back-office functions, building relationships with senior stakeholders globally, including visibility up to the CEO and other senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Qualified actuary with strong technical judgement.
• Experience in asset-side modelling would be useful.
• Exposure to ALM, asset modelling or capital background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review major pricing assumptions and methodologies for consistency and rigour.
• Challenge pricing assumptions and methodologies to drive best practice across the function.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders globally, including cross-region collaboration across pricing, capital and back-office teams.
