The Global Account Representative (GAR) (f/m/d) will drive orders and sales growth at strategic Semiconductor accounts within Europe.

This role reports to the Global Account Manager and is part of Pall Microelectronics, located in Dreieich, working remotely from Germany.

In this role, you will:

• Develop strategies to win new business through advanced geographic key account planning, account mapping, and networking.
• Manage opportunities and sales funnel proactively to produce accurate forecasts for business planning.
• Determine how we serve our customers within the defined geographical key account area.
• Contribute to the development of new products and applications.
• Present a unified face to the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

Essential requirements:

• Degree in sciences or engineering, ideally in Chemistry or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management in a relevant industry.
• Expertise in strategic selling to large, global companies with complex multi-plant footprints and diverse buyer networks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in German and English.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:

• Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, Netherlands, and Belgium, with potential for other countries.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
