Job summary

Jellycat, a leading soft toy brand, seeks a highly commercial and operation-minded Key Account Operations Coordinator to join our International operations team in the UK. You will manage distributor/retailer accounts, key in orders, ensure data integrity and coordinate with 3PL, clients and ROW Sales to maintain end-to-end processes.

You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Account Managers to grow accounts, support on-time deliveries, maintain relationships at all levels,

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in an Account Executive / Customer Service role.
• Skills in Excel, Powerpoint, SAP & Microsoft D365.
• Good communication and presenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio of distributor/retailer accounts as the first contact for queries and problem solving.
• Keying orders onto system accurately when receipted from distributors/account managers.
• Ensuring data integrity on the system at all times.
• Liaising with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Support business development managers in growth of accounts and budgets.
• Managing back orders, consolidating and shipping.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers and internal teams.
