THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team. This is a multi-faceted role that requires an individual capable of managing diverse tasks and responsibilities across various agency departments including strategy, local market coordination, analytics/data, partnerships, digital campaign hub, and operations. The ability to juggle multiple projects effectively is critical, as is leading initiatives while working closely with a large media agency and a major global business partner.

Day to day tasks involve:

  • Meeting with Global clients & internal teams to lead and contribute to projects and workstreams
  • Input and coordination of workshops with key clients and internal teams
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders keeping up to date with latest trends and opportunities
  • Working with the team to produce standardised documents and processes for Global media implementation and seamless ways of working

Global team core remit:

  • Be a key client point of contact
  • Drive all global direction and be the core decision maker for processes
  • Brief prioritisation and management between teams
  • Ensuring connectivity between all teams in Publicis
  • Maintaining high quality work
  • Sharing best practice / leadership

Responsibilities

  • Have an enthusiast and collaborative mindset and approach
  • Be inquisitive, with a desire to question, learn, and pick up new skills
  • Have great client service skills and experience
  • Have meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a high quality in all deliverables
  • Be proactive and anticipate client needs to drive integrated solutions

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organisational skills, capable of prioritising and managing multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills for crafting compelling and engaging presentations
  • Confidence and experience leading calls and presentations to clients and internal markets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven capability in project leadership, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organisational goals
  • Strong experience in media within a global business context
  • Ability to inspire and lead projects with multidisciplinary teams, managing projects and resources to deliver exceptional results
  • Understanding of media finance and commercial processes

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

  • Understanding of global media reporting and analytics
  • People management experience will be favourable
