About the Team: The Global Agency & Accounts Team (GA&A) is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products. We have an opening for a client-facing, customer service, detail-oriented Global Account Director to be based in London who will lead the global relationship with some of our largest Automotive partners.
We are looking for a strategic leader with media experience that will work hand in hand with TikTok's regional sales teams around the globe. The Account Director will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support the Global Accounts Team in meeting its objectives and providing best in class account management and customer service to clients, both internal and external.
This role is responsible for partnering with the Global Accounts and regional (country) Sales teams to fuel revenue growth, build global infrastructure, manage the successful implementation of contracts, legal clearances, financial and strategic incentives, and use data and analytics to build consultative solutions for our largest global brand partners, and opportunity map growth areas for our business. The Account Director will establish and strengthen key regional client relationships with a focus on supporting revenue, advertiser education & internal sales team satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers and internal cross-functional teams.
