NYU London is seeking an Associate Dean of Academic Affairs to provide strategic and operational leadership for its academic portfolio. This senior role partners with NYU offices, schools, departments, and external partners to ensure high-quality programmes and rigorous academic standards.

Qualifications

• PhD, preferably in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and UK higher education environments, including OfS and QAA.
• Proven strategic academic leadership with strong management skills.
• Commitment to fostering a welcoming, collegial academic environment.
• Ability to build productive relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for NYU London's academic portfolio and ensure alignment with NYU standards and global mission.
• Lead curriculum development, academic quality, policy, and faculty development across NYU London.
• Oversee academic integrity, accreditation, and compliance in the UK context.
• Support student academic experience through advising and partnerships with NYU London functions.
• Lead and develop the Academic Affairs team and manage budgets and resources.
• Represent NYU London at conferences, external events, and international partnerships.
