Job Description:

Glenburn Medical Practice, Fairway Avenue, Paisley PA2 8DX

Glenburn Medical Practice is currently looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, hardworking, and reliable new member of the team to help us maintain the high level of care provided to our patients. The role available is that of Senior Receptionist.

Applicants must have proven experience in general practice, which is essential due to the nature of this role. Ideally, candidates would have:

  • Supervisor / Leadership experience (though this role is suitable for a receptionist or administrator looking to progress)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Self-motivation
  • Comprehensive IT skills, including Vision, DOCMAN, SCI Gateway, and iGPR

It is essential that candidates demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to the role.

The working hours are 35-37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm. Salary will depend on experience. The successful candidate will be eligible to join the NHS Pension scheme.
