JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate (2-5 PQE) in Glasgow. The role focuses on advising on high-value development and infrastructure projects across real estate, renewables, utilities and large-scale engineering.

You will work with leading Partners within a fully integrated, multi-office team. You will draft and negotiate contracts, manage risk allocation and contribute to client relationships.

Qualifications

• Non-contentious construction experience is essential.
• Familiarity with standard form contracts (JCT, NEC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication abilities.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with ambition to progress.
• Interest in business development and building client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Advise on high-value development and infrastructure contracts across sectors such as real estate, renewables and utilities.
