Qualifications

• Senior Corporate Partner or senior lawyer ready for leadership.
• Strong reputation in the Scottish corporate market.
• Proven track record in complex transactional work.
• Commercially astute with strong strategic judgement.
• Experience mentoring teams and driving growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build a market-leading practice.
• Strong client relationships and business development skills.
• Senior leadership role with influence on regional strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a well-established corporate team across high-value transactional work.
• Advise on M&A, sales and acquisitions across sectors.
• Support clients on shareholder agreements, joint ventures and investments.
• Provide governance advice and strategic guidance to clients.
• Drive growth and development of Glasgow corporate practice.
• Shape regional strategy and strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with national teams and leverage cross-referrals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to BD.
