Qualifications & Experience

We look for the following in our cabin crew:

• Over one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• A positive attitude and the natural ability to deliver excellent service in a multicultural team environment
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Minimum height of 160cm and the ability to reach 212cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates uniform (or covered with cosmetics or bandages)
• Must meet UAE employment visa requirements, as the role is based in Dubai

In addition to meeting role requirements, you should be determined to perform at the highest standards, solution-oriented, and capable of managing demanding schedules. You should aim to deliver an authentic, culturally aware Emirates experience — professional, empathetic, progressive, and cosmopolitan.

Salary & Benefits

Your pay package includes:

• A fixed basic salary,
• An hourly pay for flights operated,
• An overseas meal allowance.

Basic salary: AED 4,430/month,

Flying pay: AED 63.75/hour (average 80-100 hours/month),

Estimated total monthly pay: AED 10,170 (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, GBP 2,280).

* These figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class).

Meal allowances for night stops are paid in the following month, and hotel accommodation plus airport transportation are provided.
