Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Australia requires a GL & tax SME to support SAP S/4 implementation in ANZ. The role provides functional expertise, documents requirements, and collaborates with stakeholders across design, testing, and readiness activities to ensure a smooth deployment.

You will work with the Stream Lead and business stakeholders to validate processes, manage risks, and contribute to adoption across the project lifecycle in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with process improvement, transformation, or system initiatives.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs to practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (testing, training, implementation).
• Comfortable in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience advantageous.
• Strong GL & tax knowledge; good communicator in a matrix environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to manage priorities and timelines.
• Willingness to travel routinely.

GL& tax Subject Matter Expert (SME)- SAP

Role Summary

The GL& tax SME provides functionalexpertiseand business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents andvalidatesbusiness requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide GL& tax domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.

• Document andvalidatecurrent-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).

• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.

• Participate in workshops/design discussions; review andvalidateproposed process/system changes.

• Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation whererequired.

• Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).

• Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.

• Work in line with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics, and Human Resources policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.
