We are looking for a Geospatial Data Technician where your primary focus will be creating, managing, and integrating spatial and non-spatial datasets to help deliver property-based geospatial solutions as part of our growing geospatial team.
The role will focus on supporting GIS integrations and analysis for property digital twins used by our clients for sustainability monitoring, space utilization, planning, or asset and facilities management. You should have a passion for solution development that combines multisource geospatial datasets, including but not limited to measured survey data, drones, GIS, and BIM, supporting our 3D property digital twin SaaS platform and analysis services. Experience with the latest technologies like APIs, real-time IoT, building management system data, and AI LLMs is desirable.

What will it take to be successful?
Experience with Python and packages like ArcGIS Python API, Geopandas, Numpy, Matplotlib. Previous data management experience with cloud NoSQL databases, Azure Data Lakes/MS Fabric, and integrating spatial and non-spatial data. Knowledge of integrating geospatial services with Microsoft Power Platform is also beneficial. Understanding of open-source GIS cloud analytics and ETL processes and their integration with Esri would be advantageous.
This role suits a self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and has excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
