Job summary

Veriflo Limited in West Malling is seeking a Network Analyst to support client projects by preparing job packs, coordinating activities and working with field, operational and technical teams.

You will use GIS mapping to compile asset investigation packs, engage with stakeholders, and help ensure work is delivered efficiently and accurately, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a project support, coordination or similar role with understanding of full project lifecycle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare and communicate clear, detailed work plans and manage project logistics.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and prioritising in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job packs and coordinate scheduling for field investigations.
• Act as main contact for Field Teams and prioritise workloads with leads to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare and raise Stage 1 and Stage 2 permits with guidance from Network Engineers/PMs.
• Coordinate site access and traffic management with internal teams, authorities, clients and stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule field activities based on technician locations, availability and project needs.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation, audits and operational records.
• Identify and resolve survey-related issues and keep company systems up to date.
