Job summary

Jersey Electricity plc is seeking an Infrastructure and Digital Mapping Technician to manage infrastructure data using ArcGIS and Esri tools. You will support digital records, governance and mapping standards while driving digital modernisation.

Working with Engineering, Operations and Customer teams, you will verify data through field surveys, assist with CAD drawings, and help deliver Digital Twin initiatives and system integration.

Qualifications

• Experience with GIS, mapping and asset information systems.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain infrastructure assets and spatial records in GIS and related systems.
• Validate and govern data quality for assets and records.
• Support mapping requests and provide GIS/technical support to teams.
• Undertake field surveys and verify data with site observations.
• Support Digital Twin and digital transformation initiatives.
