You are a dynamic self-starter with experience leading and developing a team, or you thrive working independently as a Solo Account Manager.

You demonstrate agility and resilience, with proven experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. Passionate about exceptional service, you inspire and drive your team to shared success while offering a world-class experience for our diverse customer base.

  • Excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management, and staffing organization.
  • Proven success in achieving personal sales targets while leading a team to exceed theirs.
  • Ability to develop and coach the team to perform at their best and support their personal development.
  • Experience delivering and creating counter events to drive business in the community and store.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Embrace digital business tools and promote their use within your team.
  • Identify store-level business strengths and coordinate with retail and training teams to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Devise retention strategies for team members.
  • Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
  • Be a brand ambassador through attitude, eventing, and grooming.
  • Convey passion and master storytelling to clients.
  • Connect with clients by providing solutions and after-sales/clienteling.
  • Flexibility to work during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas day).
