We are looking for the following as a Gifted and Talented Teaching Assistant:

• A graduate from a Russell group university - achieving a 1st Class or 2:1 Classification
• Strong Academic Track Record - A-Bs at A-Level etc
• An intense passion and desire to inspire young people
• A deep understanding of challenges pupils face from aforementioned backgrounds
• Long-term ambitions to work within education whether that's: Teaching, Education Policy / Research, Lecturing, Educational Psychology or similar ambitions
• Resilience, positivity and a can-do attitude in the face of day-to-day challenges
• Personality is VITAL - consider yourself a social butterfly? This is what we're after!

These Gifted and Talented Teaching Assistant roles are due to start either ASAP or in September 2025. You will work 5 days per week (Monday - Friday), school hours, typically 8:30am - 4:00pm.
