Farmhouse Inns is seeking a Cake-A-Tier to prepare, bake and decorate giant cakes, ensuring they meet specifications and customer expectations. You’ll maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards while coordinating with your team to deliver high-quality cakes on time.

Join us at Farmhouse Inns, where we’re as big on quality as we are with our portions, which is why our carveries slow-roast our meats for 14-hours, freshly prepare our veg, create fluffy, handmade yorkies, ruffle-up our perfectly crispy roast potatoes, and bake and hand-decorate our giant cakes in our kitchen every day.

Job Description

As a Cake-A-Tier, you will…

• Prepare, bake and decorate our famous giant cakes, which meets specs and customer expectations
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen tohelp guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors
• Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality cakes to customers on time
• Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions

What you’ll bring to the kitchen:

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed
• A passion for delivering tasty and well-presented to customers each and every time
• Willingness to get stuck in, learn new skills and help out in different areas kitchen when needed
