A UK public service department is seeking an Associate Business Services Practice Manager in Blackpool or Leeds. The Business Services Practice Support Team supports around 380 members of our community through delivery of 3 core workstreams: community and engagement, capability and capacity.
We are a small team of 5 people and we work together to organise conferences and events, arrange sessions to help people learn and gain new skills, support our people with personal and professional development through coaching and mentoring, help recruit the right people with the right skills into Business Services Practice roles and lead on various outreach, early talent and capability programmes.
