What do you need?

• Fluent English and business-level German to communicate effectively with overseas customers and describe issues to English-speaking Developers.
• Experience supporting software applications or helpdesk/desktop support, with good technology knowledge and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, and Report Builder is advantageous, but training will be provided.
