Job description

Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a Secondary School located just north of Derby City Centre for an enthusiastic and committed German Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to teach German through KS3, KS4 and KS5.

As a German Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering lessons German to secondary school students throughout KS3, KS4 and KS5.
  • Marking and assessing students' work in line with school policies.
  • Full teaching responsibilities, including maintaining a positive classroom environment and ensuring effective learning.
  • Contributing to the school's curriculum development and fostering an engaging and inclusive classroom culture.

This position will be paid to scale based on experience, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about languages, committed to student progress, and able to make a positive impact in the classroom.
