Overview

A Weekend Nanny is needed by this wonderful family in Hampstead, London, to provide proper care for their baby, charming toddler and school-aged child. They are looking for a fluent German-speaking nanny to join their household on Sundays to spend the day with the children, making the weekend full of fun activities. Some activities will be planned, but the nanny will need to take initiative to plan some as well. Someone with more than four years of childcare experience is needed for this role.

Hours

Every Sunday – 8am until 6pm.

Duties
  • assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infants
  • bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
  • ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
  • preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
  • keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
  • engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
  • encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
  • providing homework assistance and supporting the children's educational growth
  • establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
  • report important messages and give feedback about all aspects of the children's care
  • light housekeeping related to their children
