Job Description:

We are looking for a German-speaking TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead performance, affiliate squad-building, and daily growth of TikTok Shop brands in the UK and Germany. This role combines trading, client servicing, and creator strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main contact for clients in the UK and Germany, fostering relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and livestreams.
• Lead weekly performance calls, sharing insights and actionable steps.
• Manage trading calendars for brands, including product drops and campaign windows.
• Identify and onboard TikTok affiliates aligned with each brand’s audience.
• Build and manage affiliate squads to drive GMV.
• Optimize listings, pricing, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate live streams and affiliate activities to maximize conversions.
• Track and report on GMV, ROAS, CTR, AOV, and platform metrics.
• Prepare performance reports with insights for decision-making.
• Stay updated with platform policies and communicate changes to clients.
• Improve the full funnel: content, traffic, conversion, retention.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and paid media teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and paid media.
• Background in account management, e-commerce trading, affiliate marketing, or creator management.
• Knowledge of retail calendars and social commerce incentives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple clients/tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
