Job Description:

As part of the Professional Services team, you’ll work with one of the world’s best known SaaS companies, engaging with customers to ensure successful implementations and business outcomes.

  • Hybrid working in London
  • Immediate start, 11-month contract

In this role, you’ll work primarily in the pre-sale space to understand business issues, create solution designs, and hand over projects to the post-sale team. You’ll scope implementation work, ensuring services are fit for purpose.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the PS team in pre-sales, assisting sales in positioning services
  • Collaborate with customers to develop functional and technical requirements, implementation strategies, and ensure solution quality
  • Serve as a technical consultant on systems, APIs, and integration projects in a pre-sales capacity
  • Ensure opportunities have a clear use case and execution plan
  • Establish pathways for API and Custom Model adoption and utilisation
  • Align solutions with customers’ marketing calendars and upcoming initiatives
  • Use historical data to enhance solution design and present delivery plans
  • Propose a roadmap for API and CM integration
  • Manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to team innovations and continual improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with APIs in an enterprise environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly
  • Inquisitive mindset and innovative thinking
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable leading discovery and brainstorming sessions
  • Ability to develop automation workflows with tools like MS Power Automate
  • Proficient in German, able to deliver professionally in the language
