Job summary

Amazon.com, Inc is seeking a Technical Account Manager with German to serve as a trusted advisor to AGI-DS scientists. You will provide expert consultation on ML/GenAI data collections and manage customer relationships to deliver meaningful changes for the models that back them.

Responsibilities include driving and documenting ML/GenAI solutions, coordinating workstreams across teams, owning relationships with customer scientists, guiding workflow feasibility, and optimizing data collection

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English at C1 level or above.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, CLI and JSON.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Drive and document ML/GenAI data collection solutions for customer requests.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Own relationships with customer scientists and be their go-to partner for ML data solutions.
• Provide consultation on ML workflow capabilities and data collection best practices.
• Monitor and optimize collection health metrics to ensure customer success.
• Drive customer adoption through delivering technical value and exemplary service.
• Guide customers on workflow feasibility and data collection best practices.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to define and validate technical requirements.
• Evaluate scalability of annotation scenarios and provide strategic recommendations.
• Influence technical documentation and guidelines.
