Job summary

Optimise Talent Ltd. is recruiting a German Speaking Business Development Executive in Manchester City Centre. This entry-level role requires no prior sales experience and offers full training, international travel, and a clear progression path to Account Management.

You will build relationships with German-speaking clients, identify opportunities, and manage the sales cycle from first contact to close. The role includes a base salary of £37,500 with uncapped commission and realistic first-year

Qualifications

Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
A genuine desire to build a career in sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ambitious, driven and self-motivated.
Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with businesses across Germany and other German-speaking territories.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Engage with decision-makers and introduce solutions that help growth.
Manage opportunities from initial contact through to close.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop long-term customer relationships.
Keep CRM records and sales activity up to date.
Travel internationally to meet customers and attend industry events.
Progress into Account Manager position as experience develops.
