Your Mission

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing SDR team. Reporting to our SDR Manager, you will support the team by accelerating the distribution of Nuvei’s products, focusing on the DACH market by uncovering new outbound opportunities.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via outbound activities
  • Demonstrating best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and their value to potential and existing clients
  • Managing your time efficiently and prioritising your workload
  • Collaborating with internal departments to improve business processes and support onboarding of new clients
  • Proactively engaging with potential and current clients and building strong relationships
  • Attracting new customers
  • Expanding market knowledge through research
  • Developing sales leads using sales tools with outbound prospecting efforts
  • Managing and presenting your pipeline to your line manager

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Disciplined approach to forecasting and opportunity management via SFDC and supporting tools
  • Experience in developing sales leads and outbound prospecting
  • Ability to qualify inbound leads from various sources
  • Proven success in competitive environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills and industry awareness
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, writing, listening)
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
  • Ambitious with clear career goals
  • Team player
