Main duties:
Support the sales team by giving product and account related advice to customers

The Role:
– Answer emails and telephone calls from customers both in English and German
– Follow up on customers’ orders in order to identify opportunities for growth, upsell and cross-sell
– Create and maintain strong working relationships with customers
– Update the CRM system accordingly and accurately
– Other admin duties as and when required
