Responsibilities
German speaking Sales Administrator
Location: Uxbridge
Hybrid work with 2 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience
Ref: 4233SG
Main duties: Providing administrative support to the team while also being the main point of contact for distributors and retailers
The role:
– Provide sales support to the key account managers
– Monitoring all customers orders ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
– Be responsible for all purchase orders
– Assist with preparations for meetings and trade shows
– Create price lists for customers and record as needed
– Liaise with internal departments on a daily basis
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
– Administration experience
– Excellent communication skills
– IT literate (especially in Microsoft Excel)
– Confident, proactive and the ability to work under pressure
– Full training provided
– Great opportunities to progress
