  • Process payroll for German-speaking employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage payroll data entry and maintain employee records with confidentiality and precision.
  • Assist in resolving payroll queries from employees and external parties in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure payroll changes are communicated effectively.
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy before final submission.
  • Monitor compliance with tax and other legal obligations related to payroll processing.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with payroll-related reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within payroll operations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful German Speaking Payroller will have:
