French Selection (FS) is an award-winning, well-established online service provider with international operations. We are seeking a German-speaking Business/Partner Development Manager in Affiliate Marketing to lead a small Partnerships team focused on growth within Germany.

Main duties include:

1. Taking ownership of affiliate and partner relationships, securing deals, and driving revenue.
2. Developing and nurturing existing partnerships with clients, partners, and vendors.
3. Creating promotional presentations highlighting the company's benefits and features.
4. Overseeing campaign management.
5. Analyzing data performance and creating reports.

The role offers remote work within the UK, with a hybrid model requiring one day per month in London or Birmingham/West Midlands offices. The salary is up to £42,000 per annum plus benefits.
