French Selection (FS) is seeking a German-speaking Business/Partner Development Manager specializing in Affiliate Marketing. The role involves leading a small Partnerships team to grow and expand the sector within Germany.

Main duties include:

1. Taking ownership of affiliate and partner relationships to secure deals and drive revenue.
2. Developing and nurturing existing partnerships with clients, partners, and vendors.
3. Creating promotional presentations highlighting the company's benefits and features.
4. Overseeing campaign management.
5. Analyzing data performance and creating reports.

The ideal candidate:

• Is fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Has experience in affiliate marketing or marketing.
• Has a background in partnership or business growth (recommended).
