Meet Life Sciences in the London area is seeking a German-speaking Recruiter to join the DACH team. You’ll build relationships with German-speaking candidates and client networks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland while earning uncapped commissions.

You’ll access Meet’s DNA Programme with fast-track progression, a vibrant, team‑oriented culture and ongoing training to develop into senior roles. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English – essential.
• Genuine interest in sales, recruitment and Life Sciences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, ambitious and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from Recruitment Manager and Division Director; complete tasks efficiently.
• Create and follow detailed daily plans to maximise productivity.
• Build relationships and map client networks to identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop a network of German-speaking candidates across the DACH Pathology market.
• Support and grow existing client relationships while learning business development.
• Demonstrate the link between activity and results.
