As our new German Speaking Digital Sales Specialist (Fixed Contract – Maternity Leave Coverage), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partners, as well as retaining existing ones. In this role, you will communicate with our customers through various channels, including social media platforms. In collaboration with our Account Managers, you will work with lead generation and follow-up of sales activities to up-sell and cross-sell from other key services and vendors within the cyber security portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Growing your individual book of business knowledge and value by proactively generating new qualified leads.
  • Conducting cold calling to prospects using various communication channels.
  • Ensuring activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecast accurately, and adequate information regarding new opportunities is communicated.
  • Collaborating with our customer teams toward common goals, account plans, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in lead generation and/or cold calling.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, such as customer support, help desk, sales, or marketing.
  • Used to working with sales targets.
