A leading global tech brand is seeking a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support their business customers. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days a week. Candidates must be fluent in German and possess strong communication skills, with experience in customer service preferred. German speaking Customer Service Specialist - maternity cover contract to start as soon as possible until December 2026
Our client is a leading and well established global tech brand who are looking for a German speaker to support customers with calls, emails and live chat for the EMEA territory.
LOCATION
Hybrid role. Working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the week, Mondays and Fridays from home. It will be 4 days a week in the office for training (for the first month). The office is based in the South West London area (40 minutes direct from Waterloo)
SALARY
£27,500 basic salary plus end of contract bonus of 15% of salary (£4,125).

THE JOB
Your main responsibility will be to support all German speaking business customers with calls, emails, social media and live chat queries and also coordinate product returns from the EMEA territory and will include the following responsibilities:
