Main Duties:
  • Provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:
  • Manage the ordering process from initial enquiry to delivery.
  • Support the technical team with opening and updating tickets for technical enquiries.
  • Manage existing accounts and client contract information.
  • Handle credit or debit notes and follow the customer deduction management process.
  • Coordinate deliveries according to client requirements and update clients accordingly.
  • Liaise with the sales team regarding customer enquiries and order changes.
  • Understand and communicate specific client requirements with relevant colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate client details in the system and update as needed.
The Candidate:
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support - Essential.
  • Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
